I first discovered the life changing impact of yoga 12 years ago whilst living in India and working as a Bollywood dancer. The people, the food, the beautiful scenery… I simply fell in love with India

Returning from India, I lived in London for 10 years and ran a street dance company with my two best friends, teaching children and adults, and deepening my yoga practice. In 2018 I decided it was time to take the plunge, I flew out to Goa in India to complete my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course in Vinyasa and Ashtanga and truly loved every moment.

What I learnt is you don’t need to be able to stand on your head, with your legs wrapped behind your ears and one eye closed to reap the rewards of yoga. I want to make every class accessible, positive and joyful.

Since moving out of London last year I have now found myself in Buckinghamshire which is now where I teach public and private classes.

About Rogue Yoga Classes

 

Weekly Classes

At these sessions I will guide you through an hour, beginning with a calming warm up, some breathwork, fluid sequences, exciting poses, a well deserved stretch and ending with a meditation. All to a soundtrack that marries up perfectly with your movement. Each week will have a different theme, whether that be working on a focused area of the body, exploring the chakras or moving around the mat with your own set intention.

Whatever you come to class for, whether you are in to spiritual side or not, everyone is welcome. All can benefit from yoga (especially the rogue kind!)

 

Private Classes

A perfect opportunity to get some 1 on 1 time. Yoga can ebb and flow within your life, you might be new, or returning after a break. Either way, if you are feeling like you need some extra sessions before joining the weekly classes, I am here for you.

You can even organise a class with a small group of friends, these are super fun and the session plan can be tailored around your specific needs.

Retreats

Rogue Yoga’s sister company True Nature, offer powerful and transformative retreats in Northern Ireland.
